TB-500 is a peptide fragment hormone that is primarily used in the treatment of various muscle injuries or pain caused by inflammation. There is very little official human data available for this product; however, it has been a longtime hormone used in racehorses. TB-500, although synthetic, serves to act as a synthetic form (loosely) of Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-4). TB-500 is not TB-4; although very commonly confused as TB-4, it is designed to provide the benefits of the naturally occurring thymus produced hormone.

You don't have to give TB-500 to the injured area. It will go to all injured areas, no matter where you administer it.

For Bodybuilders, TB-500 is not meant to bulk, cut, lose weight, or build strength. This is a peptide hormone that is designed to help the body heal. TB-500 can be used to treat muscle tears, tendon inflammation, and skin injuries. This peptide won't help an area heal right away. TB-500 can speed up the healing process in many cases. It may give the individual the edge he needs to keep training without it getting diminished.

TB-500 has also been shown to increase hair growth and reverse male-pattern baldness. But how significant this effect is and how much truth it holds is still highly questionable as no official data exists. There is no data about hair growth.
