PREPARING THE PACKAGE in some Warehouses in EU can take 3-14 working days. Depends from the warehouse and from all orders we need to ship. Preparing time in the US warehouse is usual within 24 hours.

All packages are sent with an tracking number.

IMPORTANT!

If you do not receive the package in the delivery time, then please visit your local post and ask them if the package is not waiting for you there. If its still not there, then contact us.
Keep in mind that if the package will be sent back it will be lost. We never use our real address because of safety.

CUSTOMS

It happens that 1 of 100 packages gets seized. Usual because of damaged package. If the package gets seized we will resend your products to a different address.
