Estrogen sides:

Primobolan doesn't cause estrogenic effects. Methenolone hormone doesn't smell and doesn't have a hormone called progestin. This prevents side effects like gynecomastia and water retention with this steroid. Primobolan will rarely cause blood pressure problems. With Primo, high blood pressure is most often associated with excess water retention. This is impossible with Primo. Primobolan is enough without requiring an anti-estrogen medication. One may still be needed if estrogenic steroids are part of the stack.

Androgenic sides:

Primobolan is a mild drug that can cause strong androgenic reactions. Androgenic side effects include acne, accelerated hair loss in those who are predisposed to male pattern baldness and body hair growth. If men don't get testosterone from outside sources, they might have low testosterone. This has many possible bothersome symptoms and is very unhealthy. Women will not need to take testosterone when using Primobolan.

When Primo and other steroids are stopped, natural testosterone production will begin again. This is one of the easiest steroids to get back to normal when it comes to making testosterone. Most men are told to follow a plan called Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) after they stop using it. This will help the recovery process. It won't make you go back to normal by itself. Liver sides:

Oral Primobolan is considered a non-hepatotoxic anabolic steroid. There is no proof that liver stress or liver damage increases. William Llewellyn wrote about a man who died because of liver damage. But this is the only reported case of this steroid in more than 50 years. Hepatotoxicity cannot be ruled out completely, but it seems to be very unlikely.

Dose:

In a therapeutic setting, male Primobolan doses will be around 100-150mg per day. The doses for performance will also be similar. Many men have reported good results with just 50-75mg per day. Some people can tolerate higher doses, but most will stick to the recommended amounts. Most men will find that this dose range is perfect when used with other anabolic steroids. Some people stack Trenbolone, Masteron, Anavar or Winstrol. An 8 week course of Primo is standard. This doesn't mean the whole cycle has to be 8 weeks long, but it's the usual part of the cycle called Primo.

Schering has not yet released a standard dose guide for females. In performance circles, women should take 25-50mg of Primobolan per day. Most women should be able to take this dose fairly well. Most women will find that a lower dose of Primo with a steroid like Anavar is a better plan. If you add Anavar or another anabolic steroid, make sure to use less of Primo or your body will become more virilized. A first Primobolan cycle should start at 25mg per day. Use shouldn't last more than 6 weeks. Most people will find that 4-6 week increments are perfect.
