Deca Kick-in time

Deca isn’t a fast acting steroid but when it kicks in, mass gains are HQ quality over time. Deca is best used in longer cycles because it is slow acting.

This AAS can be used for 14 weeks and you will see gains that don’t come on suddenly nor go away suddenly.

Deca should be used for at least 10 weeks to give the steroid enough time to work.

Deca and water retention

Yes, these are the same products. Nandrolone decanoate is a Nandrolone compound that is the chemical name for Deca-Durabolin. There are other types of Nandrolone, like Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP), which works faster but lasts less time than Nandrolone decanoate. Some people use phenylpropionate, but the most common type of Nandrolone is Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca-Durabolin).

Deca-Durabolin is injected into muscles, usually in the buttocks, upper thigh, or upper arm.

The good news is that you can get away with a once-weekly injection of Deca. Some people prefer to split it into two injections per week to reduce the amount in each injection.

Cycle time
