Tadalafil is a medicine that treats erectile dysfunction. Cialis is a generic version of the drug. The same job it does in the body, but the tablets look different. This is why it costs less.

Tadalafil comes in daily and on-demand forms. You can take 2.5mg or 5mg every day to stay healthy. On-demand comes in a 10mg or 20mg form and the effects last for up to 36 hours after you take it.

How works Tadalafil?

Tadalafil increases blood flow to your penis by relaxing blood vessels. This helps the blood flow to the muscles in the penis, which makes it easier to get up and stay up.

Erections happen when you’re sexually stimulated. The brain sends chemical messages to the blood vessels in the penis that tell them to relax and dilate. This lets blood go into two muscles that can expand, called the corpus cavernosum. When these spaces are filled, you become erect.

With ED, sometimes there is a problem with the body or mind that prevents the floodgates from opening, even if you want them to. Tadalafil belongs to a group called PDE5 inhibitors. PDE5 is a chemical that can make blood vessels smaller and narrow.
