Boldenone Undecylenate is a testosterone-based anabolic androgenic steroid that was called Equipoise by Squibb in the 1970s. Although Equipoise is a medicine for animals, Ciba introduced the first Boldenone pills for humans in the 1950s under the name Parenabol. Boldenone would be used in human medicine for a while, but it would eventually be discontinued by the end of the decade. Since then, the steroid has only been available through veterinarian medicine and underground labs under the Equipoise name. Fort Dodge Animal Health owns Equipoise.

 For years, it has been thought that Equipoise was very similar to Deca Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) This idea came from what the late Dan Duchaine said about the steroid. But the two substances are not the same. Duchaine said he would change his mind, but people still believe the rumor. If Equipoise is like testosterone, it's unique. Nandrolone is a strong progestin, while Boldenone is not.

Characteristics:

Equipoise is a type of testosterone that has been changed in its structure. It is a very small change in the added double bond at the carbon one and two positions. This double connection makes the hormone less androgenic and estrogenic. The hormone is then attached to the Undecylenate ester, which is responsible for controlling the release of the hormone once it is given to the body. The Undecylenate ester releases Boldenone at its peak 3-4 days after being injected. The hormone continues to release slowly for about 21 days.

Equipoise only aromatizes at approximately 50% the rate of testosterone. Estrogen can cause problems, but it's probably better for the person than testosterone. It is not as powerful a mass builder as testosterone, but the reduced estrogenic activity should allow the individual to make cleaner gains by supplementation.

Equipoise is similar to testosterone in that it can make you stronger. It can make more protein, keep more nitrogen in the muscles, stop glucocorticoid hormones, and make more IGF-1. Equipoise is also known for increasing the number of red blood cells in the body. But there have been some questions about how much Equipoise can increase red blood cell count. But the evidence shows that it's only a problem if you use a lot of it for a long time. Estrogenic sides:

The Boldenone hormone doesn't smell very strong, but it does smell like estrogen. This happens because testosterone hormone and the enzyme called aromatase work together. High levels of estrogen can cause gynecomastia, excess water retention, and high blood pressure. Most men should find related side effects easy to control. You can handle small amounts, but big amounts need more attention.

To stop Equipoise's estrogenic effects, you may need to take a medicine that stops estrogen. It’s always a good idea to have an anti-estrogen on hand when you use this steroid. You can choose from Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERM’s) like Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate) and Aromatase Inhibitors (AI’s) like Arimidex (Arimidex) AI’s will be the most effective as they block the aromatase process and lower total serum estrogen levels. Sadly, they can make cholesterol worse. This is made worse by using an aromatizing steroid. SERM’s are not as effective, but they are usually enough for many men. SERMs won't stop the aromatase process from happening, but they will bind to the estrogen receptor and stop the hormone itself from binding. Also, SERM's can make cholesterol levels lower because they help the liver make estrogen. SERMs should be your first choice because they can handle cholesterol issues.
 

Androgenic sides:

Equipoise can cause acne, hair loss, and body hair growth. But EQ is much less androgenic than other steroids because of its double bond at the carbon one and two positions. Equipoise can cause side effects, but it's more likely if you have a genetic predisposition. Most people will find the threshold is high.

To avoid the androgenic effects of Equipoise, remember that the steroid is broken down by a special enzyme called 5-alpha reductase. This metabolism will reduce Boldenone to an extremely potent androgen called dihydroboldenone, which is far more potent than dihydrotestosterone (DHT) Boldenone will not be affected by 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasteride, which are often used to reduce DHT.

Equipoise may cause virilization symptoms in women. Virilization can cause hair growth, a deeper voice, and a bigger chest. But this medicine can be used by some women without experiencing these symptoms because it doesn't cause androgenic effects. At the same time, the compound's slow action can make it hard to control blood levels, and alternative steroids may be better. No doubt, how sensitive someone is will affect a lot. If Equipoise is used and virilization symptoms start to show, use should be stopped right away and they will go away. If you don't treat the signs and symptoms, they might not go away.

Heart sides:

Equipoise should cause less cardiovascular strain than many other anabolic steroids, especially those that are taken orally. Testosterone sides

The only thing that matters is that your body gets enough testosterone to prevent a low testosterone condition. A low testosterone condition can be very bad. It can cause a lot of problems and is very unhealthy. If testosterone is the base steroid in your cycle, suppression will not be a concern. If testosterone is not a base, you should make sure you use a minimum testosterone replacement therapy dose based on the testosterone compound you choose.

Once Equipoise is gone and all the exogenous steroidal hormones have cleared your system, natural testosterone production will start again. A Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plan is often recommended to help revive the production. A PCT plan will help natural testosterone production and make recovery more efficient. It will not bring your testosterone levels back to where they were before you used anabolic steroids, but it will give you an advantage. A well-planned PCT will make sure you have enough testosterone for proper bodily function. It can speed up the process of getting back to normal levels of testosterone, but it may still take a few months.

Important information about getting rid of testosterone naturally and using Equipoise, as well as anabolic steroids in general. Natural recovery assumes that there was no previous low testosterone level. It also assumes that the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular-Axis (HPTA) was not damaged by improper anabolic steroid supplementation. If you used Equipoise in your cycle, your PCT plan should start about 2 weeks after your last steroid injection. Many people think it's best to start using HCG ten days after the last injection, and then use SERM therapy after that. Administration:

Standard Equipoise doses will usually be around 200-400mg per week. Most men will find 400mg to be very well-tolerated and the minimum amount of EQ they’ll need to use. Many people will find that taking 600mg per week is easy to take and has few side effects. But these amounts will make estrogen more powerful. Most men could get by with one injection per week, but splitting the weekly dose into 2-3 smaller ones will cut down on the total amount of injections. Some have reported that side effects are easier to control with a smaller, more frequent injection schedule.

Equipoise should be taken for at least eight weeks. This is a very common length of time used in cutting cycles. Many cutting plans will start with 8 weeks of Equipoise and then 4-8 weeks without the hormone. During the off-season, 8 weeks is the minimum, but many people find 12 weeks to be better. Equipoise is an anabolic steroid that works well with all anabolic steroids.

Equipoise is a standard dose for women. This dose is safe but will depend on sensitivity. Some women can take 75-100mg per week, but they should not take more than 50mg per week. Most women will find that 6 week cycles of Equipoise are enough for them, with occasional 8 week runs for those who can take the hormone well.
