Exemestane is an AI known as Aromasin. Actually, Aromasin is the only good brand of Exemestane AI because Upjohn has a strict patent on it. The pharmaceutical company controls Aromasin, but it's available in many countries around the world.

Aromasin was first released in the U.S. in 2000. The main purpose of using AI would be to fight breast cancer in post-menopausal women. Soon after, the AI started to gain popularity among anabolic steroid users because it could protect against estrogenic side effects. This action is similar to the older AIs in Arimidex (Anastrozole) and Femara (Letrozole) Many people who use steroids would start using it in their Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plans. It was not the first AI to gain such popularity, but it would be a little more helpful than most AI’s.

How Aromasin Works and What It Does:

Aromasin is a steroidal suicide aromatase inhibitor that can stop the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for turning testosterone into estrogen. Aromasin can block aromatization, which in turn blocks the production of estrogen and lowers the body's serum estrogen levels. This will help breast cancer patients as breast cancer often feeds off the estrogen hormone. It will also help users of anabolic steroids.

Anabolic steroids can make more estrogen because they help convert testosterone into estrogen. This can cause sexiness and keep water in your body. If you keep too much water in your body, it can cause high blood pressure. Steroids without a strong estrogenic nature can also cause these effects, most notably gynecomastia.
